Frequently Asked Questions FAQs

1. When will I receive my order?

We're excited for you to receive your order! Once placed, it generally takes about 5-7 days for delivery. This includes 2-3 days for us to lovingly craft your product and the rest for shipping.

2. What if my product arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if this happens! If your product is damaged or not quite right, just send us a clear unboxing video within 14 days of receiving it. We'll quickly sort out a replacement or refund for you.

3. My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Let us know right away! We'll look into it. If it's lost because of us or the courier, rest assured, a full refund is on its way to you.

4. My order is delayed. What next?

Delays are rare, but if they happen, we're here to help. We'll investigate and if the delay is on our end, we'll update you on the new delivery time.

5. How do refunds work?

If there's an issue with your product, let us know! For eligible refunds, we'll return the amount to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and check the product (which might take up to 3 days). Please remember, refunds are for damaged items as shown in your video, and we can't cover changes of mind or incorrect choices.

6. Can I have my product replaced?

Absolutely, for any defects or damages (just show us via your unboxing video). However, we can't replace items if the issue is a wrong size or color choice, or if you've changed your mind. Since all products at Colorwink are custom printed.

7. Are there situations where I can’t get a refund?

To ensure fairness, refunds aren't available if the request is over 14 days from delivery, the issue is due to incorrect shipping details provided by you, or if the order matched what you initially specified.

8. How do I return an item?

If your product is eligible (i.e., defective or damaged), we'll direct you to the nearest warehouse for the return. Just a heads-up, the cost to send it back will depend on the product.
